Unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange for these are jewelry items and custom items. If there is a particular issue you are having please email email@example.com
If after a year of wear with your custom loveli product it may be re-dipped by returning it to loveli jewels and you only pay shipping.
We are not responsible for lost items in the mail or items that say delivered you should contact your local post office if you come across this issue.
